Clean, dry skin with hair about quarter-inch long is ideal. Avoid heavy lotions, recent tanning, or retinol use. Exfoliate gently 48 hours prior and arrive with loose clothing to keep the waxed area comfortable after treatment.

Yes—our salon offers gentle formulas and experienced technicians who adjust technique for sensitive skin. Patch tests are available, and we recommend soothing post-wax care and avoiding exfoliation or harsh products for 48 hours to reduce inflammation and irritation.

Optimal length is about one-quarter inch (approximately six millimeters). Too short hair may not adhere to wax, and too long hair can increase discomfort. If hair is longer, salon will trim to the right length before waxing for best results.
