Frequently Asked Questions

Most clients see smooth results for three to six weeks, depending on hair growth cycle, skin type, and aftercare. With regular waxing, hair becomes finer and regrowth often slows, extending time between appointments.
Some discomfort is normal, especially on first appointments, but our technicians use fast techniques and soothing pre- and post-wax treatments. Exfoliating gently beforehand and avoiding caffeine or alcohol can help reduce sensitivity during the service.
Grow hair to about quarter-inch length, avoid heavy creams or oils on the day, and gently exfoliate 48 hours prior. Arrive clean and hydrated to help the wax adhere and reduce risk of irritation.
Yes with proper assessment; tell your technician about skin conditions, medications, or recent treatments. We may perform a patch test and use gentler waxes and aftercare products to minimize irritation and protect acne-prone areas.
Avoid hot showers, saunas, heavy sweating, and tight clothing for 24-48 hours. Use gentle cleansers and fragrance-free moisturizers, avoid direct sun exposure, and exfoliate lightly after 3-5 days to prevent ingrown hairs.
A hair length of about 1/4 inch (roughly three weeks of growth) is ideal for effective waxing. Too short hair won’t adhere, and overly long hair may increase discomfort; we can trim if needed before waxing.
