Frequently Asked Questions

Get answers to common questions about Callus Treatment.

Most sessions take 30 to 45 minutes depending on callus severity. We assess your feet, soak, gently debride hardened skin, and finish with nourishing moisturizers. Allow extra time if adding a full pedicure or therapeutic foot massage.

Clients with diabetes or circulatory conditions should consult their physician before booking. We can accommodate sensitive skin using gentler techniques and hypoallergenic products; please disclose medical history so technicians can adjust treatment for safety and comfort.

Most clients experience little to no pain; you may feel mild pressure or scraping as hardened skin is removed. Technicians work slowly and communicate throughout. If you experience significant discomfort, tell us immediately so we can modify the technique.

Frequency depends on callus severity and lifestyle. Typically every four to eight weeks provides optimal results, while those with heavy friction or recurring build-up may benefit from more frequent visits and regular at-home maintenance.

Moisturize daily with a rich foot cream, exfoliate gently between treatments, and wear supportive shoes to reduce pressure. Avoid harsh tools at home immediately after treatment and follow any product recommendations your technician provides for lasting smoothness.

Callus Treatment removes existing thickened skin and can markedly reduce recurrence, but it may not be permanent without addressing causes. Proper footwear, orthotics, and periodic maintenance treatments help prevent future callus formation.
