Gotham Nails gained a customer for life today.

The day before my bridal shower I needed help fixing a terrible manicure/pedicure from another salon. On my way there, a woman smiled and said hello to me on the street (keep this mind!) A few minutes later I called Gotham Nails to see if they had room for me, and the person who answered told me to come right in. When I arrived I realized it was the same woman I had just said hello to- she was the owner!

She took the time to listen to me and then handed me over to another amazing woman who completely fixed my nails and made them look absolutely incredible. But what really stood out was the owners kindness. She was so warm and generous that it honestly brought me to tears. She refused to let me pay for the service but I of course tipped the lovely lady who did my nails!

My nails look amazing but the owners kindness takes the cake today.

Thank you for saving the day- I’ll never go anywhere else!!!!!!!!...more
